Found at taquerias all over San Jose, orange sauce has developed an almost cult-like following, arguably making it one of the pillars of the city’s food identity. Luckily, many of the top versions of this creamy, smoky salsa are located in and around the downtown and are easily accessible by the city’s expansive bicycle network.
