The Region’s New Growth Strategies

Lunchtime Forum

Image by Sergio Ruiz for SPUR.

As the region’s planning agency prepares an update of its regional growth framework — Plan Bay Area 2050 — is this locally driven approach still appropriate? Join us to learn about the successes and shortcomings of different approaches to spatial planning on a regional level, and hear the latest thinking on where to put housing and jobs, as well as preserve critical open space.
