Crystal is the Executive Policy Assistant to the Chief Policy Officer, helping to advance the CPO's policy strategy and implement special policy projects. Before joining SPUR, Crystal worked for the Australian Federal Government in various legal, tax administration and executive support roles. She holds Bachelor's degrees in Arts (Government & International Relations) and Law (equivalent to a J.D.) from the University of Sydney and is admitted as a solicitor in Australia. Originally from Sydney Australia, Crystal enjoys traveling, staying active, and exploring her interests in sustainable fashion and behavioral economics.
