SPUR provided comments on the draft environmental documents for the BART Silicon Valley Phase II project, which will bring BART to San Jose and Santa Clara. Our comments encouraged VTA to locate the downtown station to the west, reduce the amount of parking at stations, and increase the amount of joint development.
