Complex urban issues, such as infrastructure, citizenship and refugee resettlement, the pandemic, tech and more, sometimes require looking to federal solutions in addition to local initiatives. That is why Solutions San José invited U.S. Senator Alex Padilla for a conversation with the mayor of San José, Sam Liccardo, as part of its Solutions Silicon Valley program series to discuss what these solutions could entail.
