What Can Clipper Learn From Zürich, London and Toronto?

The Clipper card has certainly made it significantly easier to use public transit around the Bay Area, but there is still so much more that the little card could do. Cities like Zürich, London and Toronto have a wealth of experience in the area of fare payment that our own regional agencies and transit operators could learn from. Join us to hear from three international experts in transit fare policy about what it takes to design and implement a fare payment system that is customer-focused and cutting edge, while also remaining both fair and equitable.
