California Assemblymember David Chiu, Audrey Cooper, Editor in Chief at The San Francisco Chronicle, and Fred Blackwell, CEO at The San Francisco Foundation, joined members for a discussion and exploration of the upcoming issues and possibilities facing America's famously progressive city.
