Following several years of explosive increases in the cost of construction, builders are taking a renewed look at modular construction. New projects that are underway and on the horizon indicate that modular housing might finally begin to fulfill its promise. Join us for a discussion with an all-star panel to examine recent trends in prefabricated design. Co-presented by the San Francisco Housing Action Coalition and AIA San Francisco.

$10 for non-members

Refund Policy

Sponsorship payments will not be refunded, as sponsorship benefits take effect immediately and are on-going through the date of the event.

Individual ticket purchases If the refund is requested more than 2 business days and less than 10 business days prior to the event, a 25% refund can be issued upon request. Any requests for refunds received less than 2 days prior to an event cannot be accommodated.

Thank you for your support of SPUR and your understanding that costs accrue on a per-guest basis before an event takes place.

Auxiliary Services

SPUR will work with you in identifying effective auxiliary aids or services that it can provide. If you need to cancel your request, please notify SPUR at least two business days before the event.
