Multiple school districts in the South Bay are leading the farm-to-school movement in California. These initiatives, which connect local farms with school cafeterias, bring fresh produce to school students and support both healthy eating and the viability of the local agricultural economy. Hear what it takes — from both the farmer and school district — to relocalize school meals and plan for future expansion.
