SPUR is deeply invested in the success of BART Phase II, and worked collaboratively with VTA and the City of San Jose over the course of 2022 to develop new ideas for the station entrances and station designs to improve rider experience, maximize the number of people within walking distance, and connect to the city in purpose and design. While many of our goals have been successfully and cost-effectively addressed, we continue to push for more and better BART access at Diridon station.
