SPUR and coalition partners wrote to MTC in favor of a "support and seek amendments" position for SB942 - a bill that would make it easier to sustain free and reduced-cost transit programs. Our letter recommends increased flexibility so that such funds can include support "fare integration policies," such as the integrated and reduced-cost programs recommended in the recent Bay Area Transit Fare Coordination and Integration Study.
