While SPUR supports the adoption of both the Stevens Creek Urban Village Plan and the Winchester and Santana Row/Valley Fair Urban Village Plan, we also believe that there are a number of changes to the planning process and organizational structure that would make the overall urban village strategy simpler and faster.
