Bay Area COVID-19 Housing Resources
April 8, 2020

Homebuilders, residents, housing advocates, city staff and elected officials across the Bay Area are working to understand the fluid and challenging circumstances of the COVID-19 pandemic and shelter-in-place orders. While the situation and rules are changing constantly, we’re working with our partners and members to answer some of the questions we’ve been fielding about finding and staying in housing, planning, construction and more.

SPUR, in coordination with our regional partners the Bay Area Housing Advocacy CoalitionYIMBY Action, the Bay Area Council and SV@Home, has created the following database to provide information and resources for homebuilders, renters and homeowners in the Bay Area. We gathered this information from elected officials and staff members at city and county governments. Please note, we have not independently verified this information.

All of this information was current on April 8, 2020, and will be updated periodically as new information becomes available. If you have up-to-date information, additional information or questions, please reach out to Corey Smith, corey@SFHAC.org or Kristy Wang, kwang@spur.org.
