Exploring District 7 with Supervisor Myrna Melgar

Join Myrna Melgar, Supervisor of San Francisco’s District 7, for a guided walking tour of the Inner Sunset. Along the route, we’ll stop at several key sites that reflect the Inner Sunset’s character and future, including the Arizmendi Bakery parklet on 9th Avenue, a beloved example of small-business-driven placemaking; Independence High School on 7th Avenue, a cornerstone educational institution serving local students; and the Lincoln Way entrance to Golden Gate Park, where neighborhood streets meet one of the city’s most iconic public spaces. Supervisor Melgar will share insights on current priorities in District 7, neighborhood challenges and opportunities, and how city policy intersects with everyday community spaces.

Refund Policy

Sponsorship payments will not be refunded, as sponsorship benefits take effect immediately and are on-going through the date of the event.

Individual ticket purchases If the refund is requested more than 2 business days and less than 10 business days prior to the event, a 25% refund can be issued upon request. Any requests for refunds received less than 2 days prior to an event cannot be accommodated.

Thank you for your support of SPUR and your understanding that costs accrue on a per-guest basis before an event takes place.
