Large commercial buildings are a key component of San Francisco's plans to decarbonize the existing building stock. Their energy demand, complex financing and multiple tenant arrangements create a complicated puzzle for policy and planning. Come hear how the city is preparing for the future all-electric office building, and learn about a new tool that helps property owners proactively plan for decarbonization.
