Over the past year, more people have changed where they go and how they get around than ever before. How will our state's transportation policy react? Will we be able to deliver transportation choices that create a more sustainable, equitable and prosperous state? Or will we emerge from the pandemic with a transportation system that worsens inequities, leaves us stuck in traffic, and drives air pollution and our climate crisis. Come hear from the new chairs of the California State Senate and the State Assembly transportation committees, Senator Lena Gonzalez and Assemblymember Laura Friedman, about their vision for the future of California's transportation policy.
Co-presented by Bay Area Council, Friends of Caltrain, Seamless Bay Area, and the Silicon Valley Leadership Group.
