Adopted in 2018, Climate Smart San Jose has been a national example of how local cities can address climate change and resiliency by promoting ways to reduce air pollution, save water and create a stronger and healthier community. In the year after its adoption, the city has enacted numerous new policies and regulations to support the plan’s vision. Come learn more about the plan, the future projects that are underway and how you can get more involved in local climate change action.

Refund Policy

Sponsorship payments will not be refunded, as sponsorship benefits take effect immediately and are on-going through the date of the event.

Individual ticket purchases If the refund is requested more than 2 business days and less than 10 business days prior to the event, a 25% refund can be issued upon request. Any requests for refunds received less than 2 days prior to an event cannot be accommodated.

Thank you for your support of SPUR and your understanding that costs accrue on a per-guest basis before an event takes place.

SPUR will work with you in identifying effective auxiliary aids or services that it can provide. If you need to cancel your request, please notify SPUR at least two business days before the event.
