While there are 16 benefit districts across San Francisco, the Dogpatch/NW Potrero Hill Green Benefit District (GBD) was the first district of its kind in the city. Created by a coalition of neighbors in order to improve the community’s parks and streetscapes, the GBD, which focuses specifically on greening the public realm, has already made great strides in achieving its goals. Join us as we tour the projects already completed in the district and get a sneak peek at what is in store for this rapidly changing neighborhood.
