San Jose’s South First Street has long been a critical spine of the city’s downtown. Over time, the street has evolved from a major retail street to a flourishing entertainment and arts district. Join us for part one of a two-part series as we learn how development and investment have reshaped the street and why it’s important to keep the art and culture scene, as well as South First’s historic fabric, in place.
