San Francisco’s planning department is currently analyzing changes in the city’s housing stock over time, trends and factors affecting housing affordability, stages of neighborhood gentrification and displacement, and policies related to community stabilization. This comprehensive understanding will inform the development and refinement of strategies to enable San Francisco to continue to be a diverse, equitable and inclusive city into the future. Join us to hear more about their findings.

Admission

Free to the public. Our first event of the month in each city is free to everyone.

Pre-registration is not required for this event.

Refund Policy

Sponsorship payments will not be refunded, as sponsorship benefits take effect immediately and are on-going through the date of the event.

Individual ticket purchases If the refund is requested more than 2 business days and less than 10 business days prior to the event, a 25% refund can be issued upon request. Any requests for refunds received less than 2 days prior to an event cannot be accommodated.

Thank you for your support of SPUR and your understanding that costs accrue on a per-guest basis before an event takes place.

Auxiliary Services

If, in order to participate in a SPUR event, you need auxiliary aids or services for a disability (e.g., qualified interpreter, qualified reader, written materials, taped texts) please submit your request five business days before the event to [email protected] or 415-781-8726 x132. SPUR will work with you in identifying effective auxiliary aids or services that it can provide. If you need to cancel your request, please notify SPUR at least two business days before the event.
