How can new businesses enhance the urban environment and strengthen communities? As companies, large and small, seek to add office space on city blocks throughout the Bay Area, guideposts for successful site development are critical. These design standards help to create walkable public realms and seamless integration with adjacent neighborhoods and open spaces while allowing for future changes, whether in ownership or the greater market. Come hear how these guideposts for commercial and office development can help shape a better city. Co-presented by ULI San Francisco.
