Millions of Californians struggle each week to find and afford healthy food for their families. In response, numerous groups have been piloting projects that give low-income families more money to purchase fruits and vegetables, which in turn supports local farmers’ markets and grocery stores. Come for a discussion of this innovative new strategy to improve healthy food access for all.
