How much can new development do to reduce car trips? A sophisticated new proposal developed by the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA), San Francisco County Transportation Authority (SFCTA) and the San Francisco Planning Department asks new developments to take concrete steps towards reducing the amount of car trips to and from the project.
