Healthier Corner Stores Across the Bay Area

San Francisco, San Jose and Oakland are all working with corner stores to try to make healthy food available in all neighborhoods. Though the initiatives in each city are similar in some ways, they also differ in important respects. Join us for a moderated discussion with three project managers from around the region as we look at what has worked, what hasn't and what the next steps are for healthy corner store programs in the Bay Area.

$10 for non-members

Refund Policy

Sponsorship payments will not be refunded, as sponsorship benefits take effect immediately and are on-going through the date of the event.

Individual ticket purchases If the refund is requested more than 2 business days and less than 10 business days prior to the event, a 25% refund can be issued upon request. Any requests for refunds received less than 2 days prior to an event cannot be accommodated.

Thank you for your support of SPUR and your understanding that costs accrue on a per-guest basis before an event takes place.

Auxiliary Services

If, in order to participate in a SPUR event, you need auxiliary aids or services for a disability (e.g., qualified interpreter, qualified reader, written materials, taped texts) please submit your request five business days before the event to [email protected] or 415-781-8726 x132. SPUR will work with you in identifying effective auxiliary aids or services that it can provide. If you need to cancel your request, please notify SPUR at least two business days before the event.
