Encouraging Affordable Housing in San Francisco

Lunchtime Forum

San Francisco has a clear need for more housing, especially affordable housing. Bonus zoning has long been in the planner toolbox and could prove useful for the city’s needs. How do affordable housing bonuses work in other cities and how can San Francisco use the tool to meet our local housing goals? Co-presented by the San Francisco Housing Action Coalition and AIA San Francisco.
