Santa Clara County is the region’s leader in building housing, but since 2007 the county has only built two-thirds of its regional share. Housing for those with low incomes is faring the worst. Come for a discussion on housing policy and development in the South Bay.

Free for SPUR and APA Members
$10 for Non-Members

Refund Policy

Sponsorship payments will not be refunded, as sponsorship benefits take effect immediately and are on-going through the date of the event.

Individual ticket purchases If the refund is requested more than 2 business days and less than 10 business days prior to the event, a 25% refund can be issued upon request. Any requests for refunds received less than 2 days prior to an event cannot be accommodated.

Thank you for your support of SPUR and your understanding that costs accrue on a per-guest basis before an event takes place.

Auxiliary Services

SPUR will work with you in identifying effective auxiliary aids or services that it can provide. If you need to cancel your request, please notify SPUR at least two business days before the event.
