The Future of Affordable Housing

Evening Forum

Affordable housing is perhaps the Bay Area’s greatest need, but many sources of funding for affordable housing are gone or diminished, while others are under legal review. Come hear a range of perspectives on housing, including the state’s progress in achieving affordable housing targets, the status of legal challenges to inclusionary housing and how policies are affecting developments and communities. This event is co-presented by ULI San Francisco and the Non-Profit Housing Association of Northern California.
