As cities continue to grow in importance they also grow ever more vulnerable to natural catastrophe. Coastal cities around the world face threats from earthquakes, tsunamis and the effects of climate change. What tools can improve these cities’ capacity to not only survive but thrive once disaster strikes? A networking reception with food and drink will begin at 5 p.m., followed by the program.
