Over the last five years, the San Francisco Planning Department and Port of San Francisco have set forth plans for the Eastern Neighborhoods and Pier 70 areas. With an eye to preserving the waterfront’s rich history and creating new parks while protecting maritime and industrial needs, these plans also invite new development to create a place for innovative industries and new residents. Hear next steps from David Beaupre of the Port of San Francisco, Kelley Kahn from the Mayor's Office of Economic and Workforce Deveopment, Tara Sullivan of the San Francisco Planning Department and James Madsen from Orton Development.
