Medium-sized housing projects (11 to 100 units) present some interesting challenges, particularly when situated on complicated sites. Depending on the neighborhood and the skill of the designer, medium-scale projects can be rejuvenating and provocative — or incredibly dull. Come hear an exploration of medium-sized housing developments in a Pecha Kucha-style format. Presenters: Richard Stacy, Leddy Maytum Stacy Architects; Steve Wertheim, San Francisco Planning Department; Robert Herman, Herman Coliver Locus Architects; and Anne Fougeron, Fougeron Architecture. Co-presented with the San Francisco Housing Action Coalition and AIA San Francisco.
