In his latest book, The Agile City: Building Well-being and Wealth in an Era of Climate Change, Russell addresses how retrofitting buildings and communities can slow climate change and diminish its impacts. Russell will discuss how such strategies can help reach carbon-reduction goals while promoting economic opportunity, creating more productive workplaces and reviving communities. Book signing to follow. Co-presented with Island Press.
