Shereda Nosakhare

Shereda is Managing Partner at Lighthouse Public Affairs and brings extensive experience in public affairs, strategic communications, and government relations. They previously served as Chief of Staff and Deputy Chief of Staff to the Mayor of Oakland, where they led cross-functional teams, advised on city, state, and federal policy, and served as a senior liaison to City Council, community stakeholders, and external partners.
