Ross Stackhouse is a Principal at Tidewater, where he is responsible for managing the firm’s operations and overseeing its asset management, development, and organizational functions. Mr. Stackhouse organizes the day-to-day efforts of the Tidewater team and implements the firm’s strategic vision.
Before joining Tidewater as a Co-Founder, Mr. Stackhouse worked at The JBG Companies (now JBG Smith) in Washington, D.C., where he managed acquisitions across residential, office, hotel, and retail properties. He also supported development and asset management projects and led the firm’s market research platform.
Originally from New York, Mr. Stackhouse holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Environmental Studies from Brown University. He is a LEED Accredited Professional and is an active member of the following groups: the Urban Land Institute, SPUR, the U.S. Green Building Council, and the Bay Area Council, where he also serves on the governing board of its Housing Committee. He was named one of Globe St.’s Aspiring Leaders of 2024.
