Leah Toeniskoetter

Leah has served in community and business leadership roles across the Bay Area for more than twenty years, dedicating time to areas of public policy, public health, open space, safety net services and real estate development. Currently, she leads Corporate Citizenship for Deloitte across the West Region of the United States. Most of her geographical focus is in the Bay Area, engaging Deloitte’s resources to support priority societal challenges of college readiness, workforce development and local needs of under-resourced communities. Previously, Leah served as SPUR’s founding San Jose Director, development manager of large real estate development projects in the South Bay and Northern California, financial analyst at Comerica Bank and Returned Peace Corps Volunteer (Bolivia). She is a senior fellow of American Leadership Forum (ALF) Silicon Valley, Secretary of the Board of International Women’s Forum (IWF) Northern California, member of SVLG’s Working Council, member of NGC’s Racial Equity Diversity Institute’s 2020-21 cohort and NationSwell councilmember. Leah holds a B.S. in Science-Business from the University of Notre Dame and speaks Spanish and Portuguese whenever possible.
