Leah Toeniskoetter

Leah Toeniskoetter is the President & CEO of the San Jose Chamber of Commerce, leading efforts to strengthen the business climate and advance San Jose’s economic future. Her career spans corporate, small business, and nonprofit leadership, with a focus on building vibrant, inclusive communities. She previously led Social Impact for Deloitte in the Bay Area, founded SPUR San Jose, managed real estate development at Toeniskoetter Development, and began her career at Comerica Bank. Leah is a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer, ALF Senior Fellow, International Women’s Forum member, and serves on the boards of SPUR's San Jose City Advisory Board, American Leadership Forum Silicon Valley, Team San Jose, and Pacific Clinics.
