Kate Collignon

Kate is a Partner at HR&A Advisors with over 20 years of experience advancing inclusive economic growth and community development. Her work bridges real estate, planning, and public policy to help cities deliver equitable outcomes, from large-scale initiatives in New York City to economic revitalization efforts in small and mid-sized communities nationwide. She previously served as Managing Partner of HR&A’s New York office and held senior development roles at Brookfield Properties and the NYC Economic Development Corporation, leading complex public–private projects across the city.
