Emily is a coalition builder who has successfully led initiatives to improve job site safety, expand market opportunities, and secure over $90 billion in funding for critical infrastructure projects across CA. She is a recognized advocate for Women in Construction and is committed to addressing talent shortages, reshaping recruitment, and retention strategies within the industry. In addition to her professional work, Emily has served on various boards and currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the SF Glide Foundation, supporting transformative initiatives.
