Ann Silverberg

Ann is the CEO for Related NorCal Affordable & Northwest Divisions, overseeing the strategic direction and management of a $3.5 billion affordable housing portfolio. She previously served as EVP and CIO at BRIDGE Housing Corporation, where she lead the development of over 8,000 affordable and mixed-income housing units. Ann is a recognized leader in housing policy and has held key leadership roles with CA Housing Consortium and Bay Area Council. She is also a faculty lecturer at UC Berkeley where she teaches affordable housing finance.
