SPUR recommends the VTA Board of Directors, Mountain View City Council and Mountain View Mayor support a fully-featured Bus Rapid Transit line on El Camino Boulevard, one of the Bay Area's most important transit corridors. BRT will noticeably improve the character of streets and neighborhoods, improve transit service with few impacts on autos, serve as an effective use of transit funding and grow the South Bay's high-speed transit network.
