SPUR requests the PEIS/EIR be revised to include a joint operation alternative for a shared-use rail system that would allow Caltrain and high-speed rail to operate as a single, unified system on the Peninsula. SPUR also notes that ridership projections can be improved and recommends that the 4th and King station be re-thought, that a new alternative for I-280 be studied and that connections to San Francisco International Aiport be elaborated on.
