POSTPONED: Doing Community Benefits Right

Lunchtime Forum

We have rescheduled this program for May 27th.

Major development projects across the Bay Area are often governed by contracts that stipulate project-specific community benefits as a condition of their approval. But what do good community benefits look like, and how can we switch from the time-intensive, one-off application of these benefits to a citywide approach that is mutually advantageous for developers, community groups and the city?
