The SF Bay Adaptation Atlas

Lunchtime Forum

We're making some changes to improve your experience with SPUR events.
Starting this June, you'll need to register for each event you plan to attend. This will help us tailor events and keep you informed of any changes to our schedule. You can register using the link in the Admission section below.

The San Francisco Bay Shoreline Adaptation Atlas is a revolutionary new report and framework from SPUR and the San Francisco Estuary Institute that takes an innovative look at planning for sea level rise around the region. Through the proposal of a new planning tool, Operational Landscape Units, the report identifies adaptation strategies that are appropriate to their particular settings. Learn how it is being used in planning processes to build resilient shorelines at the county and regional scales.
