San José

The Future of Retail

Lunchtime Forum

Downtown San Jose is livelier now than it has been in decades, but much of that dynamism comes from restaurants and bars, rather than the retail stores that formerly generated the buzz. As retail changes before our eyes — with the ease of online shopping only continuing to grow — how can communities plan accordingly for the future and activate their streets and storefronts? Come explore new strategies for retail and public life with local experts.
