Reforming the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) has been a goal for many since the law first passed. The stars aligned in 2013, when a basketball stadium deal eventually brought about the end of “level of service” (LOS) analysis in transportation. Come hear the inside scoop of what happened, why the change is key and how basketball saved the day.
