Founded in 1935, City College of San Francisco (CCSF) serves nearly 100,000 students and employs nearly 2,000 faculty at nine campuses and more than 100 locations. In July, CCSF received a harsh report from the Accrediting Commission for Community and Junior Colleges, potentially jeopardizing the college’s accreditation; CCSF has until October 15 to devise a plan to address critical deficiencies. At the same time, its trustees are asking voters to approve a parcel tax to help alleviate state budget cuts. Join us as Dr. Pamila Fisher, Interim Chancellor, discusses the future of City College of San Francisco.
