Join Eva Liebermann and George Williams, co-authors of SPUR's study on privately owned, publicly used open spaces (POPOS), for a walking tour of downtown. Along the way, Eva and George, both city planners who worked on the original 1985 Downtown Plan, will share some of SPUR's recommendations for improving these important plazas, parks and gardens for public use.
