Shannon Peloquin is a Partner in McKinsey’s San Francisco office and leads McKinsey’s JV across the Public Sector and Capital Projects and Infrastructure practice in North America. She has expertise in both organizational performance (i.e. strategy, capital productivity, and front-line ops improvements) and health (i.e. large-scale cultural transformations; top team effectiveness, complex stakeholder management).
Most recently, Shannon helped to create a new state-level organization, performance management system and a financial strategy to address disaster recovery efforts across natural infrastructure, transportation, energy, and housing and small business sectors. Shannon is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and Stanford Business School.
