With the rising importance of technology in many sectors of business, the pace of change can be both inspiring and overwhelming. How can these developments be harnessed to improve our government as a democratizing force in an era of declining resources? Join Jay Nath, chief innovation officer for the City and County of San Francisco; Jennifer Pahlka, founder and CEO of Code for America; Javier Muniz, co-founder and chief technology officer for Granicus; and Sarah Kremsner of IBM Smarter Cities to discuss trends and opportunities for technology in government.
