Education has long been identified as a key tool in shaping future generations. Both community advocates and policy makers look to educational programs to provide the best anti-poverty mechanisms that underserved communities can utilize. Join us as panelists discuss the innovative ways that they are using education as medium to build leaders of the future. This forum will highlight organizations that are working with young people to break the cycle of poverty through education. With Kimi Okada of ODC, Sheryl Davis of Mo’ Magic and Ben Polansky of the Coro Center for Civic Leadership, and moderated by Steve Good, executive director of 5 Keys Charter School.
