We are all experiencing the recession in different ways, and Bay Area cities are no exception. As the City and County of San Francisco embarks on its first update to its economic strategy, how does the strategy compare to others in the region? Where are the jobs, and where aren’t they? San Francisco is known as the start-up capital, but what are some of our remaining barriers to growth? Join San Francisco’s chief economist Ted Egan and Director of Business Development for the San Francisco Office of Economic and Workforce Development, Todd Rufo, as we explore the state of the San Francisco economy.
