Many of Oakland's existing units occupied by low income households are at risk of becoming unaffordable over time due to pressure on the housing market. How can the affordability of these units be preserved over time for the people who live in them now, as well as for future generations? Come hear the latest thinking on how to keep housing affordable in Oakland.
